Chicken Spinach Cream Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 big chicken breasts, sliced down the middle.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic.
03 - Salt and pepper as needed.
04 - Flour for coating.
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
06 - 2 tablespoons butter, split.
07 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
08 - 1/2 cup white wine, dry variety.
09 - 1/4 cup chicken stock.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon herbs from Italy.
11 - 1 cup thick cream.
12 - 2 cups baby spinach leaves, not packed tight.
13 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice chicken breasts down the middle, sprinkle with powdered garlic, salt and pepper. Roll in flour.
02 - Fry chicken using oil and butter for about 4-5 minutes each side till golden brown. Set aside.
03 - Sauté garlic with leftover butter. Pour in wine, stock, and herbs. Let bubble away for 3-5 minutes.
04 - Pour in cream, let it simmer for 2 minutes. Toss in spinach.
05 - Put chicken back in the pan, cook another 4-5 minutes till fully done. Sprinkle parmesan on top.

# Notes:

01 - Takes just 30 minutes to make.
02 - You can put spinach in last minute if you want it less wilted.
03 - Goes great with a side of pasta or crusty bread.
