02 - 2 tablespoons of plain butter.
03 - A cup of finely diced purple onions.
04 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
05 - 1 cup of colorful bell peppers, chopped.
06 - Two minced garlic cloves.
07 - Half a cup of milk.
08 - 2 cups of chicken stock.
09 - 8 ounces of bow tie pasta.
10 - 1/4–1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, grated.
11 - Half a cup of rich heavy cream.

14 - Pepper to suit your taste.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big pan over medium heat, melt butter and pour in olive oil to heat up.
02 - Toss in the chicken chunks and cook until they lose their pink color. Add the peppers and onions, then stir until the chicken is a golden brown.
03 - Mix in the garlic along with salt and pepper. Stir for a minute, letting the aroma come through.
04 - Pour chicken broth, milk, cream, and the uncooked pasta into the pan. Let everything boil, then turn the heat to a low setting.
05 - Cover and let it gently cook for about 20 minutes. Mix in parmesan cheese at the end, adding more milk if you'd like it creamier.
