Cheesy Beef Pocket Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack taco flavor mix.
02 - 1 pound minced beef.
03 - 1/2 cup chunky salsa.
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
05 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted down.
06 - 1 cup grated cheddar.
07 - 12 small flour tortillas (6-inch).
08 - Extra toppings if wanted: sour cream, chunky salsa, sliced green onions.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the minced beef in a pan, then drain off the fat.
02 - Mix in the taco flavor pack following the info on the wrapper.
03 - Whip cream cheese till fluffy, then mix in your salsa.
04 - Spoon cheese mixture and meat onto each tortilla middle, sprinkle with grated cheese and fold edges.
05 - Set on oiled tray, coat with melted butter, pop in oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
06 - Add your favorite extras like fresh lettuce, chunky salsa or a dollop of sour cream if you want.
