Cheesy Beef Oven Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound hamburger.
02 - Half an onion, chopped.
03 - 2.5 tablespoons taco seasoning.
04 - 1/4 cup of water.
05 - Eight soft wraps.
06 - Two cups of enchilada sauce.
07 - One pound shredded cheese.
08 - Creamy sour cream.
09 - Freshly made salsa.
10 - Diced avocado chunks.
11 - Chopped green onions.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375° and let it preheat.
02 - Brown the meat with the onion pieces, then drain any grease.
03 - Mix in taco spice and water. Cook it till most of the liquid's gone.
04 - Coat the bottom of a 9x13 pan with half a cup of sauce.
05 - Scoop about 1/3 cup of the beef and 1/4 cup of cheese into each wrap. Roll them up and place them in the pan.
06 - Spread the rest of the sauce over the top and sprinkle on the extra cheese.
07 - Pop it in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until it's bubbling nicely.
08 - Pile on the toppings you like and enjoy while it's still hot!

# Notes:

01 - Store in the freezer before baking by tightly sealing. Keeps for up to three months. Bake straight from frozen for 45 minutes covered, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
