Candy Cane Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
02 - ½ cup candy canes, finely crushed.
03 - 1 (14 oz) tin of condensed milk, sweetened.
04 - 3 cups (2 packs) white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a 9x9 pan with foil or parchment paper, then rub on some butter to keep things from sticking.
02 - In a big saucepan, toss in the white chocolate chips and condensed milk. Stir constantly until they melt together smoothly.
03 - Stir in the vanilla essence, then toss the crushed candy canes into the mix.
04 - Pour everything into the pan and let it cool down on the counter for about an hour. Sprinkle a bit more candy cane on top, then pop it in the fridge for 3-4 hours until firm.

01 - Perfect for any chilly month.
02 - To get the nicest consistency, let it cool twice.
03 - Sprinkle extra crushed candy cane just before chilling.
