Cover a 9x9 pan with foil or parchment paper, then rub on some butter to keep things from sticking.

In a big saucepan, toss in the white chocolate chips and condensed milk. Stir constantly until they melt together smoothly.

Stir in the vanilla essence, then toss the crushed candy canes into the mix.

Pour everything into the pan and let it cool down on the counter for about an hour. Sprinkle a bit more candy cane on top, then pop it in the fridge for 3-4 hours until firm.
