Buttery Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/4 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into 1 1/4-inch chunks.
02 - 2 tbsp plain flour.
03 - 1 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs.
04 - A sprinkle of salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
05 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
06 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter, split up.
07 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped (about 1 1/2 tbsp).
08 - 2 tbsp parsley, chopped up small.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up a 12-inch non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
02 - Pat chicken dry using paper towels. Toss it with the flour, herbs, and some salt and pepper.
03 - In your skillet, heat up the olive oil along with 1 tbsp of butter. Lay the chicken bits in an even single layer, leaving some space between each piece.
04 - Cook pieces until they turn golden, stirring after about 3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes or so.
05 - Toss in the leftover butter, the minced garlic, and parsley. Let everything cook together for one minute, ensuring the chicken hits 165°F internally.

# Notes:

01 - Boost the herbiness by doubling the parsley amount.
02 - A squeeze of lemon juice at the end is optional.
03 - Great alongside veggie sides or couscous.
