Pat chicken dry using paper towels. Toss it with the flour, herbs, and some salt and pepper.

In your skillet, heat up the olive oil along with 1 tbsp of butter. Lay the chicken bits in an even single layer, leaving some space between each piece.

Cook pieces until they turn golden, stirring after about 3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes or so.

Toss in the leftover butter, the minced garlic, and parsley. Let everything cook together for one minute, ensuring the chicken hits 165°F internally.
