04 - 1 large egg.
05 - 1 (15.25-ounce) box of yellow cake mix.
06 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
07 - 1/2 cup festive sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Switch oven to 350°F and lay parchment on two baking trays.
02 - Whisk the cream cheese, vanilla, butter, and egg with a mixer until it's blended smoothly.
03 - Combine the cake mix to form a thick dough, then mix in sprinkles gently so they don’t break up.
04 - Let the dough sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or more for less sticky handling.
05 - Shape dough into balls about 1½ inches wide, roll them through powdered sugar, and place them apart on trays.
06 - Cook for 10-12 minutes, just until edges are set and centers stay soft. Wait for cookies to cool on the tray before transferring.

01 - Keep at room temperature for up to 3 days.
02 - They can be frozen and saved for 3 months.
03 - Stick to full-fat cream cheese for better texture.
