Cranberry Brie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz tube of crescent rolls.
02 - 8 oz wheel of brie cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce (use whole berry).
04 - 1/4 cup of chopped pecans.
05 - 6 small sprigs of rosemary, cut into 1-inch pieces.
06 - Nonstick cooking spray.
07 - A little flour for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 375°F and let it preheat. Lightly coat the mini muffin pan with spray, and dust your surface with flour.
02 - Flatten out the crescent dough on your flour-dusted area. Close up the seams by pressing them together. Slice the dough into 24 squares and place each one into the muffin pan.
03 - Slice the brie into little chunks and put one in each dough cup. Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie, add some pecans on top, and finish with a small rosemary sprig.
04 - Pop them in the oven for about 15 minutes or until they turn a golden color.

# Notes:

01 - They're best when served hot.
02 - This makes a total of 24 pieces.
03 - The components can be prepped in advance, but bake them fresh.
04 - Whole berry cranberry sauce works much better than the jellied type.
