Coat a 9x13 dish with butter and keep it aside.

In a big pot, mix sugar, syrup, cream, and butter. Heat on medium, stirring nonstop, until it hits 240°F (might take up to 30 minutes).

Take it off the heat, then mix in the cinnamon oil and red coloring.

Pour into the buttered dish. Let cool to room temp, then move to the fridge to harden.

After cooling, let it warm up for around 10 to 15 minutes before cutting. Wrap pieces in wax paper when storing.
