Bold Cinnamon Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons of cinnamon oil.
02 - 1 teaspoon of red gel food coloring.
03 - 1 cup of butter, plus extra for the pan.
04 - 1½ cups of creamy heavy cream.
05 - 1½ cups of light corn syrup.
06 - 2 cups of granulated white sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Coat a 9x13 dish with butter and keep it aside.
02 - In a big pot, mix sugar, syrup, cream, and butter. Heat on medium, stirring nonstop, until it hits 240°F (might take up to 30 minutes).
03 - Take it off the heat, then mix in the cinnamon oil and red coloring.
04 - Pour into the buttered dish. Let cool to room temp, then move to the fridge to harden.
05 - After cooling, let it warm up for around 10 to 15 minutes before cutting. Wrap pieces in wax paper when storing.

# Notes:

01 - Exact temperature of 240°F is critical.
02 - Needs constant stirring while cooking.
03 - Package each piece separately for keeping.
