Quick Garlicky Shrimp Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp, deveined and peeled.
02 - 6 minced garlic cloves.
03 - 3 tablespoons of dry white wine.
04 - Black pepper and salt, to taste.
05 - 4 tablespoons of butter, melted.
06 - Half a cup of Panko crumbs.
07 - Juice from 1 or 2 lemons.
08 - 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F to warm up.
02 - Combine garlic, shrimp, and wine in a bowl.
03 - Evenly distribute the mix in a 9x13 pan.
04 - Sprinkle black pepper and salt on top.
05 - Stir Panko into the melted butter till coated.
06 - Put Panko on shrimp and bake about 7 minutes, until the shrimp turns slightly pink.
07 - Switch to broil on high and cook 2-3 minutes until the shrimp is fully pink and topping is golden.
08 - Add parsley on top and a drizzle of lemon juice. Best served while hot.

04 - Add Panko right before baking so it stays crisp.
