Bacon Cheese Burger Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef.
02 - 6 strips of bacon, fried and broken up.
03 - 8 ounces of cheddar cheese, cut into small blocks.
04 - 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan.
05 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
06 - 2 packages of ready-made biscuits or crescent rolls.
07 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
09 - 1/4 cup of butter, melted down.

# Instructions:

01 - Fry bacon till it's nice and crunchy, let it drain and break it into bits.
02 - Sauté ground beef with chopped garlic, salt, and pepper until it's no longer pink. Pour off any extra grease.
03 - Pull apart dough into single pieces. Press each one flat to form a round shape.
04 - Drop some meat mix, bacon pieces, and a cheese chunk in the middle of each dough circle. Fold dough over the filling, making sure to pinch edges shut.
05 - Coat with melted butter, scatter Parmesan on top. Stick in the oven at 375°F for about 15-20 mins until they turn golden.

02 - Goes great with all kinds of dips.
03 - Make sure the edges are totally sealed so nothing leaks out.
